Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 weeks, depending on current production volume.

• All products are built and shipped from Iowa.
• Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on size and weight.
• Some items may ship in multiple packages and may arrive separately.
• Shipping transit times vary by location and are not guaranteed.
• Once an order has shipped, Point Row Solutions is not responsible for carrier delays, damage in transit, or delivery issues.
• Orders returned to Point Row Solutions because they were refused by the recipient or not claimed from the carrier may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges and any return shipping charges are non-refundable.
