Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 weeks, depending on current production volume.

  • All products are built and shipped from Iowa.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on size and weight.
  • Some items may ship in multiple packages and may arrive separately.
  • Shipping transit times vary by location and are not guaranteed.
  • Once an order has shipped, Point Row Solutions is not responsible for carrier delays, damage in transit, or delivery issues.

Fitment & Installation

It is the end user’s responsibility to ensure proper fitment and safe installation of this product.

  • Users must verify adequate clearance for tires, steering angles, and suspension travel before operating the machine.
  • All hardware must be properly installed, tightened, and periodically inspected.
  • The product must be inspected for damage, defects, or abnormal wear prior to each use.

Failure to confirm proper installation, condition, and clearance may result in machine damage, personal injury, or unsafe operation.

Use of this product is at the user’s own risk. Point Row Solutions (“the Seller”) is not responsible for such outcomes.

Returns

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they do not fit your machine.
  • Returns must be pre-authorized via email at pointrowsolutions@gmail.com
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

Warranty

Point Row Solutions (“the Seller”) warrants products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

  • All warranty claims must be submitted via email and approved prior to any repair, replacement, or return.
  • The Seller may require photos, documentation, or return of the product for inspection.
  • Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement at the Seller’s discretion.

Warranty is void if damage results from:

  • Improper installation
  • Overloading or exceeding safe limits
  • Modification, alteration, or unauthorized welding
  • Use outside intended purpose
  • Failure to inspect product condition prior to use
  • Normal wear, surface scratches, or finish wear

Intended Use

Products are designed for secure storage of tools, parts, and accessories.

They are not intended to:

  • Carry passengers
  • Serve as a step or climbing surface
  • Support loads beyond safe operating conditions

Limitation of Liability

Point Row Solutions (“the Seller”) is not liable for:

  • Machine damage, downtime, or loss of use
  • Personal injury resulting from improper installation, lack of inspection, or misuse
  • Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

In all cases, the Seller’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
